Introducing Nym's Nebulous Notions

Hello everyone, it's a lovely day to announce a new podcast!

I'm very excited to let you know that on June 2, Passer Vulpes Productions will be releasing NYM'S NEBULOUS NOTIONS, a quirky SciFi audio drama podcast about conspiracies, context, and jumping to conclusions.

In NNN, we follow our intrepid conspiracy investigator Nym as she seeks The Truth about a mysterious signal that she's intercepted.  We will take you to a mysterious ship abandoned in the dead of space, and then ask you what exactly you expected to find there.

The trailer is now available on your favourite podcast apps, or with captions over on YouTube!

A Thank You Poem

Something a little bit different today - I wrote a thank you poem for Elena Fernández-Collins and Wil Williams, two of the best and sweetest journalists in the podcasting industry.  Both of them have contributed so much both to the industry and to my own life, I just hope they know how much I appreciate them.  You can read the poem, or listen to audio of me reading it, here.

Tuned In, Dialed Up Podcast

It's a big podcast week! This week I was a guest on Tuned In Dialed Up, a podcast about podcasting by people who make and review podcasts. In it, with hosts Gavin and Wil, I discuss some pitfalls in casting calls, and why it's so important to cast trans actors as trans characters. We give some podcast recommendations, and I sink to the lowest level of humour and make a pun. Click here to listen to the episode!

Red Light Library: Wanted: Magician's Assistant

This week on the Red Light Library podcast, Gavin and I delve into a fun and delightfully weird gender transformation erotica called "Wanted: Magician's Assistant: Must Be Flexible and Discrete, No Prior Experience Required". It's a hell of a title and it's a wild ride, but at the end of the day we had a lot of fun reading it, and that's the important thing! You can check out the episode by clicking here.

Red Light Library: Shaved by the Billionaire Nightly News Anchor Through My TV on Thanksgiving Day

It's Thanksgiving in America, which is something that as an Australian I know absolutely nothing about. So for a special Thanksgiving bonus episode of the Red Light Library, Gavin teaches me about the ways of his people.

Also we review a strange and disappointing erotica story called "Shaved by the Billionaire Nightly News Anchor Through My TV on Thanksgiving Day".  Listen to the episode here. (18+ only!)

Floodlight Viscera Podcast Now Available!

Hello friends!

Floodlight Viscera, my monthly poetry mini zine about feelings, is now available to you in podcast form!  Minimally edited, minimally rehearsed, FLV is my raw feelings straight from my heart to yours.  If you need transcripts, the pdf version of the zine can be found for free via floodlightviscera.com (and you can buy a physical copy for $1, if you like).

Listen:

Red Light Library: Reaped: When Death Comes

For a spooky October treat, the Red Light Library podcast is doing a bunch of special episodes. Today, Victoria and I delve into one of the most boring and badly written erotic stories I've ever read.

Reaped: When Death Comes, a story about a woman having sex with the Grim Reaper, has so much potential in its title and premise, which it not only completely fails to deliver on, but manages to wade into some offensive waters while it's at it.

On the bright side - bad stories mean good podcast episodes!  Listen to the episode here.

(18+ only!)

Floodlight Viscera Volume 2 Now Available!

It took me a little while to get this together, but the second anthology for Floodlight Viscera is now available!  Issues 13 through 24 all together is one happy package.

You can buy this as is a physical copy via etsy for $12, in A5 booklet size, much larger than the mini zine form of the original monthly releases.

You can also buy the anthology as a digital PDF via etsy for $2.20.  While all the individual issues are available digitally for free, the anthology’s cost is a way for you to support me while receiving a convenient single file for year two’s issues.

The Red Light Library

I've joined the Red Light Library podcast as a recurring co-host!

The Red Light Library is an erotica review podcast, giving short erotic stories available for sale their moment in the spotlight.  You can listen to my debut episode over here, where Head Librarian Gavin and I review a story about monster fucking, and I yell a lot about Amazon's strict content rules and how hymens don't work that way.

RLL is adults only!  Only go over and check it out if you're over 18.

Floodlight Viscera #24 Now Available!

It's zine day! Floodlight Viscera issue 24 is now available.  You can read a digital pdf copy online via floodlightviscera.com, or you can buy a copy for $1 from my etsy store. If you're in Melbourne, you'll also find it stocked at the Sticky Institute.

And my goodness me, that makes today FLV's second birthday 💙 I love my little zine so much, it's a piece of writing that's purely for me, purely low pressure, and it's done so much for me.

I'll see about making a volume 2 anthology soon!

Under the Hood at Audiocraft!

Back in June, Lee Davis-Thalbourne and I presented at Audiocraft, a podcast festival in Sydney.  We talked about how we make Love and Luck, get into the details, and offer a little advice to anyone who's thinking of getting into producing audio drama.

You can now listen to the entire presentation online via acast - check it out here!

Call Me By My Name Interview

Call Me By My Name is a Melbourne-based oral history project that centers the lived experiences of trans and gender diverse peoples, as authors and authorities of their own stories. I was interviewed for episode 8 of season one, and in it I open up about a lot of my experiences over my life. Check out the episode here.
